Mail In Instructions

Below is the address to mail your device to after you have either purchased a service or contacted me regarding mailing your device in for repair. When mailing in the device please ensure it is properly packaged and secured. Once I receive your device I will send you an email confirmation within 24 hours Monday - Friday along with the estimated repair date. Devices received over the weekend will be processed the following business day. If there is any delays with the repair or complications you will be notified. If your device has a cracked screen it will become more cracked when removing the screen and I will not be responsible for further damage because the unit is already damaged.
