This policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request warranty service.

Mail-In Repair Services

Eligible mail-in repair services performed by Outsource Repairs include a 24-month limited warranty on the component repaired or replaced and the labor associated with that repair.

The warranty begins on the date the repaired device is shipped back to the customer.

The warranty applies specifically to the repair or modification performed by Outsource Repairs. It does not extend to unrelated components or future failures elsewhere in the device.
