Place your Shopify order for the appropriate mail-in service before shipping. The applicable mailing address and instructions are provided after order placement. Contact us before sending a return or warranty device.

Every order is manually invoiced through Square, separate from Shopify. Physical products ship after invoice payment; mail-in repairs are invoiced after completion and returned after payment. Mixed orders are allowed. You pay inbound mail-in shipping; successful initial repair return shipping is included in the service price and paid by Outsource Repairs. If repair fails before payment, only return shipping is invoiced and the device returns after that charge is paid; if repair payment was collected, it is refunded minus return shipping. No unsuccessful repair/service charge applies unless other work is separately authorized. Warranty shipping is separate; customers pay both directions unless separately approved. Mail-in service is U.S.-only. Your Shopify shipping address is the return address; private mailing instructions follow order placement.
