Mail-in service for your own genuine Xbox Series X/S Controller Model 1914. Send your controller for a TMR upgrade, calibration and testing.

You pay for inbound shipping. Initial return shipping is included in the advertised service price; we pay to return your controller, with no additional initial return-shipping fee. Private mailing instructions follow order placement. Payment is handled through the established Square invoice workflow after repair completion.

U.S. mail-in services only. Warranty freight is separate and customer-paid both directions unless separately approved.
